One of them, known as &#8220;Apechao&#8221;, narrated the evolution of the cooking technique, from the use of large cauldrons to current methods, highlighting the importance of this practice in his family life.\n\nThe tour also included a visit to an establishment with more than thirty years of service, where the opening hours and the composition of the traditional <strong>guasacaca<\/strong> were explained.
