\u201cCon Verano Teen Santa Cruz reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con el desarrollo integral de las futuras generaciones, fomentando en los hijos de nuestros colaboradores valores de sostenibilidad, liderazgo y conciencia social\u201d<\/p> expres\u00f3\u00a0Michel Rodr\u00edguez, gerente de Aprendizaje y Desarrollo del Banco Santa Cruz.<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\nThis educational proposal seeks to raise awareness in the new generations about issues such as ecological, social, and personal sustainability, while promoting youth leadership and civic engagement from an early age.\n\nYou can also read:\n\nFor two weeks, the participants lived an immersive experience at the Executive Excellence Center, where they developed collaborative projects, creative recycling activities, conscious leadership exercises, and environmental impact challenges, such as beach cleanups in partnership with the Vida Azul Foundation. \n\nThrough active methodologies such as Project-Based Learning, the camp reinforced skills such as critical thinking, empathy, innovation, and collaboration, in a playful and emotionally safe learning environment.\n\nThe program included audiovisual creation spaces where young people designed content with sustainable messages for social networks, as well as activities such as conscious exchange fairs and upcycling workshops for social purposes.\n\n\n

Through this type of initiative, the entity reaffirms its commitment to the education of conscious citizens committed to their environment, contributing to the construction of a more responsible and inclusive society.\n\nThis proposal not only responded to the bank’s interest in promoting sustainable values, but also strengthened its positioning as a financial institution with a vision for the future, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the best corporate responsibility practices in the region.\n\n\n
