It also ordered seizures, sanctioned related companies, and set a joint payment of RD$500 million to the State.\n\nJos\u00e9 Dolores Santana Carmona received 6 years. Wacal Vernabel M\u00e9ndez Pineda, Francisco Ram\u00f3n Brea Morel, Carlos Mart\u00edn Montes de Oca, Rigoberto Alc\u00e1ntara Batista, Paola Mercedes and V\u00edctor Mat\u00edas Encarnaci\u00f3n obtained 5 years; in the case of Encarnaci\u00f3n, with suspension under rules. The sentences must be served in Najayo Hombres and Najayo Mujeres, in San Crist\u00f3bal, and criminal costs were imposed.\n\nThey were acquitted, among others, Fernando Rosa, Carmen Magalys Medina S\u00e1nchez and Freddy Hidalgo.
