The subcommittee will be composed of the jurists <strong>Ang\u00e9lica Noboa Pag\u00e1n<\/strong> \u2014who will serve as coordinator\u2014, <strong>Elka Scheker Mendoza<\/strong>, <strong>Edgar Torres Reynoso<\/strong> and <strong>Julissa V\u00e1squez<\/strong>, with Dr. <strong>Olivo Rodr\u00edguez Huertas<\/strong> as advisor.\n\nSubero Isa reported that this team will be able to issue partial reports and recommendations during the process, with the aim of delivering the final report requested by the President of the Republic, <strong>Luis Abinader<\/strong>, within the agreed timeframe, in accordance with decrees 306-25 and 378-25.\n\nThe Minister of Sports, <strong>Kelvin Cruz<\/strong>, the general manager of Bandex, <strong>Juan Mustaf\u00e1<\/strong>, the national baseball commissioner, <strong>Junior Noboa<\/strong>, the president of LIDOM, <strong>Vitelio Mej\u00eda Ortiz<\/strong>, as well as the members of the designated subcommittee, also participated in the meeting.\n\nThe designation is framed within the critical path outlined by the Commission in its first meeting on July 17, which includes the collection of essential information and documentation for the analysis of the project.\n\nIn its previous session, on August 7, the Commission received a report from the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League and toured the current facilities of the <strong>Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium<\/strong> to assess its condition and modernization needs.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo.
