They indicated that they will wait for the full reading to specify criteria and grounds.\n\nL\u00f3pez pointed out that the ruling accepts the thesis of material and moral damages to the State and that the amount set will be determined based on the concepts accepted by the court. He recalled that the original civil lawsuit amounted to RD$24,000 million and that the recovery of assets will follow the procedural course after the decision.\n\nHenr\u00edquez expressed conformity with the result and highlighted the work of the State&#8217;s legal team.
