A lawyer by profession, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Madre y Maestra, he has a specialization in Commercial Law from the Panth\u00e9on-Assas University of Paris. He has developed his career in corporate law litigation, telecommunications, and foreign investment.\n\nAdditionally, he is a member of legal associations in the Dominican Republic, the United States, and France.
