The prosecution is requesting preventive detention as a coercive measure against Pe\u00f1a Mota.\n\nThe judicial process, which is in the stage of knowing coercive measures, was postponed until this Thursday after the recusal of the judge of Permanent Attention presented by the defense of the accused.
