Subsequently, the body of Fern\u00e1ndez Casado was thrown into the Haina River, in the community of Quita Sue\u00f1o, where it was found the next day gagged, bloodied, and with severe head trauma, according to the death certificate.\n\nThe accused were arrested by court order in Sabana Cruz de B\u00e1nica, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a<\/strong>, while attempting to flee on a motorcycle towards the border.\n\nThe investigation is being carried out by prosecutors Laura Segura<\/strong> and Patricia Dur\u00e1n<\/strong>, while in the hearing the Public Ministry was represented by prosecutors Belkis Tejeda<\/strong> and Daryl Montes de Oca<\/strong>, who presented the evidence linking the accused to the crime, provisionally classified as a violation of articles 265, 266, 295, 296, 297, 298 and 302 of the Dominican Penal Code<\/strong>.\n\nJudge Jos\u00e9 Carlos Arias Nina<\/strong>, from the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of San Crist\u00f3bal, accepted the evidence presented by the Prosecution and ordered preventive detention for both.\n\nYasir Riaz will have to serve the measure in the Ban\u00ed public prison<\/strong>, in the province of Peravia, while Hikmatullah Atta Mohammad was sent to the Najayo Hombres Correction and Rehabilitation Center<\/strong>, in San Crist\u00f3bal.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
