You can also read: Lifting the house arrest of Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez<\/a><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\nThe case is known by judges Claribel Nivar, Yissell Soto and Clara Castillo, of the Second Collegiate Tribunal of the National District, and has a new hearing date of September 22nd.\n\nThe defendants\n\nIn addition to Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez, the file includes Alfredo Alexander Solano Augusto, Jhonatan Joel Rodr\u00edguez Imbert, Javier Alejandro Forteza Ibarra, Rafael Antonio Mercedes Marte, Miguel Jos\u00e9 Moya, Braulio Michael Batista Barias, Alejandro Mart\u00edn Rosa Llanes, Ram\u00f3n Lucrecio Burgos, Jhonatan Loander Medina Reyes, Isis Tapia, F\u00e9lix Antonio Rosario Labrada, Francis Ram\u00edrez Moreno, Rolando Rafael Sebel\u00e9n Torres, C\u00e9sar Nicol\u00e1s Rizik Pimentel and Jos\u00e9 Luis Liriano Adames, among others.\n\nThe charges against him include administrative corruption, bribery, embezzlement, fraud against the State, and money laundering.\n\nThe referral to trial was ordered on June 29, 2023, by Judge Amaury Mart\u00ednez, of the Third Instruction Court of the National District, after establishing the existence of multiple acts of corruption committed in the Attorney General’s Office during Rodr\u00edguez’s administration.\n\nIn total, the accusation covers 41 individuals and 22 companies identified as part of the corruption network.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
