In addition, it is presumed that he operates in complicity with another individual known only by the alias &#8220;Bolo&#8221;.\n\nThe authorities recalled that Ram\u00edrez Ota\u00f1o, holder of ID C-012-0126006-2, has an extensive criminal record for similar offenses.
