Although it was not his best mark of the season, the victory had a special value: it secured him a spot in the grand final of the Diamond League, scheduled for <strong>August 28 in Zurich, Switzerland<\/strong>.\n\nOgando, a member of the historic 4&#215;400 mixed relay team that won a world gold in Oregon 2022 and an Olympic silver in Tokyo 2020, once again demonstrated his ability to compete in the elite of individual athletics.
