<\/p>\n\n\nMANAGUA<\/strong> – The International Basketball Federation (FIBA)<\/strong> issued an official statement informing of the disciplinary sanctions<\/strong> arising from the incidents that occurred at the end of the match between Argentina<\/strong> and Dominican Republic<\/strong>, corresponding to the FIBA AmeriCup 2025<\/strong>, played on August 24<\/strong> in Managua, Nicaragua<\/strong>.\n\n\n

Sanctions for Dominican Republic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • David Jones<\/strong>: suspended for two official FIBA games<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Juan Guerrero<\/strong>: suspended for one official FIBA game<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Juan Suero<\/strong>: suspended for one official FIBA game<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00c1ngel Delgado<\/strong>: suspended for one official FIBA game<\/strong>, with a probationary period of three years<\/strong>.\n

      • Financial fine<\/strong> of 2,000 Swiss francs<\/strong> to coach Pablo Prigioni<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
