This result is due to its stable credit profile, the diversification of its assets, and its ample liquidity.<\/p>\n<p>At the close of May 2025, the fund managed assets of RD$2.795 billion, representing a growth of 81.2% in the last 12 months, driven by the sustained increase in contributions and the confidence of its investors.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Closed-End Real Estate Investment Fund Universal I achieved an A+fa rating, mainly supported by the solid structure of its real estate portfolio, its income generation capacity, and a high occupancy level.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This improvement in Feller Rate&#8217;s ratings validates our responsible management and commitment to the trust of our investors.
