According to the YouTuber himself, the surrender was coordinated by a cousin of the accused, through contacts made on social media.<\/p>\n\n<p><br>The spokesman for the National Police, Diego Pesqueira, had described the arrest as &#8220;high risk&#8221;, assuring that those involved were considered fugitives heavily armed.<\/p>\n\nRubiera denied that the victim, G\u00e9nesis Pe\u00f1a, was drugged or taken by force.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u201cShe was neither drugged nor raped in any way. And before she arrived, she was already drinking alcohol with a friend and two others who appear in the video,&#8221; Rubiera assured.\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>&#8220;Ella se qued\u00f3 porque quiso, nadie la oblig\u00f3. Y yo pagar\u00e9 por mi hecho porque eso est\u00e1 mal, pero las cosas no son as\u00ed\u201d, <\/p><cite>concluy\u00f3 Alfonso.<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n<p><br>It has been reported in the media that the victim has faced episodes of emotional crisis after the event, including attempting to take their own life, a situation that has generated greater concern in their environment.<br><\/p>\n\nThe authorities continue with the judicial process to determine responsibilities in this case that has caused great commotion in public opinion and scheduled for Wednesday <strong>at 9:00 in the morning <\/strong>at the Palace of Justice of Santiago.
