Likewise, two men known as El Flaco and Puly, who remain fugitives, were identified as possible accomplices in the act.\n\nThe complainant asserted that, despite having followed the appropriate procedures, the authorities have not issued arrest warrants against those accused nor have they allowed them access to surveillance camera recordings that could provide key evidence.\n\n\u201cWe feel that the case has been ignored; so far we do not see a real effort by the authorities to find those responsible for this painful crime,\u201d expressed Camila, visibly affected, when demanding justice for her nephew.\n\nWhile Mar\u00eda del Carmen, 54, the deceased’s grandmother, stated that she fears for her life and needs the intervention and support of police officers.
