the Judicial District of Santiago, Yiberty Polanco, imposed this Tuesday three months of preventive detention as a coercive measure against Starling Javier Ronaldo Cepeda, alias El \u201cLocotr\u00f3n\u201d accused of murdering an elderly man who refused to give him 200 pesos in an event that occurred in the municipal district of Los Cocos de Jacagua.\n\nAccording to investigations, Cepeda, 31 years old, attacked the victim, identified as Enrique Rafael Hernandez, 70 years old, with a stick and then with a knife, who died from the injuries received.\n\n\n<h6
