These reports measure the financial capacity, risk management, and solvency of entities, granting them a rating that serves as a reference for both investors and the general public, in line with national regulatory frameworks.\n\nThis way, Alpha consolidates itself as a relevant player within the stock market sector, reaching first place in terms of results with a market share of 16.7% by June 2025, and positioning itself in fifth place in assets and equity, with participations of 10.9% and 11.4%, respectively.\n\nDuring the first half of 2025, Alpha obtained a net profit of RD$450 million, surpassing the RD$447 million achieved at the end of 2024. According to Feller, this performance reflects a return on equity of 20.6% annualized, driven by the growth of investment income and efficient management of operating expenses.\n\nThe rating agency also highlighted that Alpha broadly complies with the solvency and leverage regulatory limits established by the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SIMV), demonstrating the financial strength of the entity and its ability to operate safely, conveying trust and stability to investors and clients.\n\nAlpha’s strategy is aimed at strengthening its leadership in the sector through a unique and personalized experience for its clients, based on smart investments and long-term relationships.
