According to official reports, a man dressed as a delivery person approached the victim and shot him several times in broad daylight. The attacker fled the scene on an electric bicycle and was later captured.\n\nUkrainian authorities reported that the main suspect, identified as Mykhailo Stselnikov, 52 years old, was arrested the next day. During his confession, he claimed that he acted out of “personal revenge” due to the death of his son, a Ukrainian soldier. However, the authorities are keeping the investigation open for possible links to Russian intelligence services.\n\nThe President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, condemned the crime and called it a \u201chorrifying murder,\u201d assuring that his government will deploy all necessary resources to clarify the facts and ensure justice.\n\nAndriy Parubiy, in addition to his role as Speaker of the Parliament, was a key figure in modern Ukrainian politics.
