And the most beautiful thing, and she mentions it in the book, was recognizing the importance of caregivers taking care of themselves. If they don’t dedicate time to make sure they are well, they won’t be able to help anyone else,” Moore said in an episode of ‘The Oprah Podcast’.\n\n\n

“I feel so much compassion for Emma, being a young woman (…) Nobody could have foreseen the outcome of this situation, and I think she has done a masterful job. She has dedicated herself completely to forging the right path,” Moore told Winfrey.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe ‘The Substance’ actress also talked about how hard it was to see her ex-husband, whom she was married to from 1987 to 2000, go through an illness like the one he suffers from.\n\n\n
