Citizens consulted on the streets shared with laughter their strategies for surviving the heat that plagues the city.\n\nThe most popular was to drink plenty of fluids, because as they said, <strong>&#8220;if one doesn&#8217;t hydrate, they evaporate like the breeze&#8221;<\/strong>.
