In addition, it provides that each procedural act may only affect a maximum of ten credits per act. The law seeks to facilitate access to these products, which patients currently have to acquire directly from distributors, raising their cost.\n\nDuring the session, other projects were also discussed, including the regulation of the professional practice of private detectives, modifications to law 90-24 on the issuance of public debt securities, the declaration of the bullfights of El Seibo as Intangible Cultural Heritage, and the establishment of November 10 as &#8220;National Dominican Women Doctors Day&#8221;, in honor of Dr. Evangelina Rodr\u00edguez Perozo.\n\nIn a single reading, the Senate approved three resolutions, including the termination of the Minerva Mirabal Elementary School and the construction of the Casa de los Ni\u00f1os Educational Center, both in Las Terrenas, Saman\u00e1 province.
