The Movistar Team has officially announced the signing of 20-year-old Czech cyclist Pavel Novak, who will join the team starting next year and signs a contract that binds him to it until 2028, coming from MBH Bank Ballan CSB.<\/p>\n
Novak arrives at the entity after finishing third in the general classification of the Giro d\u2019Italia Next Gen – the Italian round for under 23s -, in which he was second in the mountain jersey and achieved a victory in the seventh stage, starting in Bra and finishing in Prato Nevoso. In addition, he finished in sixth position in the Tour of Hungary.<\/p>\n
“For me, signing for Movistar Team is a dream come true. It’s one of the most iconic and respected teams in the history of cycling, and being part of this project is a great honor and a huge motivation.<\/p>\n
For my career, it signifies a very important step forward.
