The detainee is accused of taking a citizen’s cell phone, a wallet with RD$1,500, and personal documents, after threatening her with a gun.\n\n\n

While in the Colonial City, Zomer Guzm\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez was arrested, accused of theft by carelessness at the betting shop “La Suerte”. The detainee admitted to having sold the stolen cell phone to a foreigner.\n\nIn the Los Guaricanos sector, Santo Domingo Norte, Jos\u00e9 Luis Gonz\u00e1lez, of Haitian nationality, was arrested for possession and sale of controlled substances, seizing marijuana, cocaine, a scale, and cash. Likewise, in Boca Chica, Cleudy Rodr\u00edguez (a) \u201cEl Boti\/Botija\u201d, 25 years old, linked to an arrest warrant, was arrested, and a firearm recovered during an inspection was seized from him.\n\nIn the province of Peravia, municipality of Ban\u00ed, Yohansel Modesto Peguero, 32 years old, was arrested after using a toy gun to assault two citizens and steal their cell phones.\n\nSimilarly, in San Jos\u00e9 de Ocoa, Linet Sove, a 37-year-old Haitian, wanted by a warrant for homicide, was arrested.
