The participants described Valerio as a young, hardworking, and dedicated person, assuring that he did not deserve to die in the way it happened.\n\nFamily members warned that they will not allow the case to be forgotten and demanded sanctions against the agents they consider responsible, whom they accused of staging a “massacre”.\n\nIn the shooting, recorded in the Valerio shopping plaza, on Ol\u00edmpica Avenue, in addition to Jos\u00e9 Vladimir, Elvis Antonio Jim\u00e9nez Rodr\u00edguez, Edward Bernardo Pe\u00f1a Rodr\u00edguez, Carlos Enrique Guzm\u00e1n Navarro and Julio Alberto G\u00f3mez lost their lives.\n\n\n
