D\u00e1vila filed the lawsuit, which claims financial compensation of at least one million dollars for “emotional damages and mental anguish”, as well as the invalidation of the contracts and the payment of legal fees.\n\nThe octogenarian stated that he signed blank contracts without knowing the specific terms to allow the use of his property in the video that has already surpassed 22 million views on the Youtube platform.\n\n“Officials of the co-defendants required Don Rom\u00e1n’s signature on the blank screen of a cell phone. Said officials digitally and fraudulently transferred the aforementioned signature to two different contracts,” argued the court document.\n\nCarrasco also assured that he receives constant visits from Bad Bunny fans and the image of his residence is used on social media while he does not obtain any benefit from it.\n\n“Initially, these contracts were not given to Don Rom\u00e1n, their content was neither explained nor read to him.
