For carrying vessels with substances that these United Nations determine are dangerous, <strong>just because they come from the south<\/strong>,&#8221; he said.\n\nAs he has done on other occasions, he lamented that those in charge of transporting narcotics are pursued, instead of attacking the origins of the problem, the rich countries that consume them. &#8220;<strong>The missiles fall on poverty<\/strong>, not where luxury is&#8221;, he asserted.\n\n&#8220;<strong>It was never a war against drug traffickers<\/strong>, but a dominant world power policy, of the north over the south, it only served for that,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;We cannot unleash the events, but know how to interpret them.
