The case, which occurred in Santo Domingo, was documented in official invoices and in videos that show a contradiction between what the meter read and what the company decided to charge.\n\nAccording to the bills, the supposed consumption was 711 kilowatt hours each time. However, in the section “data from your meter reading” appears a previous reading of 0, a current reading of 13 and a multiplier of 1, which is equivalent to only 13 kWh.\n\n\n
