The extradition was carried out under <strong>decrees 479-25 and 463-25<\/strong>.\n\nValdez de los Santos is wanted by a court in the <strong>District of New Hampshire<\/strong> for <strong>conspiracy to distribute and possess fentanyl<\/strong>, in violation of several sections of <strong>Title 21 of the United States Code<\/strong>.
