Subsequently, a panel of executives from different areas of the financial institution evaluated ten finalist teams, advised by mentors from the organization.\n\nDuring the meeting, Mrs. Antonia Ant\u00f3n de Hern\u00e1ndez, Senior Executive Vice President of Human Management, Cultural Transformation, Credit Administration and Compliance, expressed that this ideas marathon “not only boosts internal talent, but also reaffirms the bank’s commitment to digital transformation, constant innovation and the creation of value from within”.\n\n\n

Winners of the fourth edition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nThe CEO of Popular, Mr. Christopher Paniagua, was present at the awards ceremony, in which cash prizes were awarded to the three winning teams and the special mention.\n\nThe first place was achieved by the team of Arisneudy Santana, Juan Ubiera, Maireny Salas, Natanael Decena and V\u00edctor Mont\u00e1s; in second place were Ariel Alexander M\u00e9ndez, Ashley Classe, Miguel Laurencio, \u00d3scar Camacho and Yessica Recio; while the third place was obtained by the group formed by Adriany Labour, Brian Salom\u00f3n, Daniela Caballero, Nicole Sep\u00falveda and Vantroi Morillo.\n\n\n
