M\u00e9ndez warned that events like this not only tarnish the image of the institution, but also undermine society’s trust in the education system.\n\n\n

Among the measures proposed by M\u00e9ndez are:<\/h2>\n\n\n
1. Prior authorization: any non-curricular activity within educational centers must have written permission from the corresponding Regional Education Directorate.
2. Content review: creation of a commission of up to five people (directors, parents, and teachers) to approve the material to be produced.
3. Institutional responsibility: directors, parent associations, and administrative staff would assume direct responsibility for the use of the facilities.
4. Access control: mandatory registration of visitors with justification for the visit.
5. Restrictions: limit the entry of recording and production equipment to authorized personnel.
6. Sanctions: a clear and proportional sanctions regime against officials or individuals who violate the protocol.
7.
