The income obtained by the DGII represented 73.2% of the total fiscal revenues of the State during that month.\n\nIn the January-September 2025 period, the accumulated collection amounts to RD 686,730 million, which represents an increase of 8.8% and RD 55,314 million more than in the same period of 2024. Likewise, the institution exceeded its goal with a compliance of 100.1%, collecting RD 1,005.8 million above the estimated.\n\nFrom August 2020 to date, the DGII has collected a total of 3.8 billion pesos, completing 62 consecutive months meeting and exceeding the established goals.\n\n\n

Sustained Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nThe general director of the DGII, Luis Valdez Veras, highlighted that the sustained fulfillment of the goals has occurred in a context of constant reformulation of the General State Budgets, where the income projections have been adjusted upwards year after year.\n\n“In the first seven months of each fiscal year, the DGII has presented surpluses, which has led to increased revenue collection targets in budget reformulations without preventing the institution from meeting and exceeding its objectives,” Valdez Veras pointed out.\n\nThe head of the institution emphasized that these results reflect the effectiveness of compliance policies, collection efficiency, and the commitment of the DGII’s technical team.\n\nThe DGII reaffirms its commitment to transparency, efficiency, and innovation in tax management, contributing sustainably to the strengthening of public finances and the economic development of the Dominican Republic.\n\n\n
