The prosecution had already considered that he did not know the plan to assassinate the former president.\n\nThe court unanimously rejected the annulment of the process due to the alleged non-accountability of Sabag Montiel and mental incapacity of Uriarte, as requested by their defenses. It also revealed that the grounds for the ruling will be announced on December 9.\n\nFor the attack against Fern\u00e1ndez de Kircher, Sabag Montiel was held criminally responsible for the crime of aggravated homicide for the use of a firearm in the degree of attempt and carrying a war weapon.
