Santiago is a quiet and safe city, now that group that moves from city to city, that seems to have decided to move to Santiago, is settling their scores among themselves,&#8221; Su\u00e1rez expressed.<\/p>\n<p>In the midst of this situation, it is recalled that two brothers were shot dead on Tuesday night in the community of San Jos\u00e9 Afuera, in the municipality of Baitoa, Santiago province.
