The institution’s actions were adopted last May.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nSanto Domingo<\/strong>.- Through a press release, the National Police reports that the agent accused of sexual assault on a former cadet of the institution was suspended from his duties immediately in May, in compliance with internal protocols and due process <\/p>\n\nThe case involving a former cadet of the Escuela para Cadetes, Major General Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Rafael Hermida Gonz\u00e1lez, whose name is reserved, was referred to the Public Ministry, in the jurisdiction of San Crist\u00f3bal, for the corresponding investigations.\n\nAlso, the institution reported that the suspension was carried out immediately upon learning of the complaint on May 27 through the Central Directorate of Internal Affairs, and that it awaits the final result of the Public Ministry.\n\n\n
