I have waited for this moment for a long time,&#8221; expressed an emotional Bartolo Col\u00f3n during the official press conference of the event.\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sports tourism gains momentum in the north of the country<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nThe exaltation not only celebrates the greats of baseball, but also boosts the international projection of <strong>Puerto Plata as a sports tourism destination<\/strong>, an initiative led by the <strong>Dominican Association of Sports Tourism (ADOTURD)<\/strong>.\n\n&#8220;We wanted this event to support the tourism development of the area. Having stars of the stature of Bartolo Col\u00f3n, Tejada and Adri\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez is an incalculable boost for the city,&#8221; said <strong>Jerik P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, president of ADOTURD.\n\nFor his part, <strong>Robinson Paredes<\/strong>, executive director of the Hall of Fame, highlighted that &#8220;the presence of these icons will bring a lot of light, joy and pride to Puerto Plata.&#8221;\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agenda <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nThe event will feature a varied program that combines sports, culture, and entertainment.
