The guarantors demand that Hamas fulfill its obligations under the ceasefire,” the U.S. Department of State reported in a statement.\n\nThe US government added that it had informed the guarantor countries of the ceasefire about this imminent violation and warned that “if Hamas continues with this attack”, it will take measures to protect the population in Gaza and preserve the truce signed on October 9th.\n\nIsrael agreed to cease the bombings in the Gaza Strip on Thursday of last week, almost two years after the start of the conflict following the attacks perpetrated by Hamas in the Hebrew country, which resulted in the death of 1,200 people and 250 kidnapped.\n\nThe ceasefire involved the release of all hostages by Hamas, as well as the cessation of hostilities, despite which the Hamas government in Gaza today accused Israel of having violated the truce 47 times.\n\n\n
