Santo Domingo.- <\/strong>The Chamber of Deputies approved this Tuesday, in two consecutive discussions, a bill that designates the Santo Domingo Beltway as \u201cProfessor Juan Bosch\u201d<\/strong> and the Ecological Avenue, located in the east zone of Santo Domingo province, as \u201cDoctor Jos\u00e9 Francisco Pe\u00f1a G\u00f3mez\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\nThe initiative was presented by the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Alfredo Pacheco, along with the deputies Rafael Augusto Castillo Casado, Onavel Aristy, Gustavo S\u00e1nchez, Fiordaliza Est\u00e9vez, Eduviges Bautista, Braulio Espinal and Amado D\u00edaz.\n\nDuring the project’s motivation, Pacheco highlighted the leadership and political trajectories of Bosch and Pe\u00f1a G\u00f3mez, noting that the democracy and social and political stability that the country enjoys today are the result of the influence and leadership exerted by these leaders, along with Dr. Joaqu\u00edn Balaguer.\n\nThe president of the Special Commission that studied the project, deputy Juan Jos\u00e9 Rojas, highlighted that this designation not only names two important avenues, but also pays homage to two fundamental pillars in the history of the Dominican Republic.\n\n\n
