She reported that she did not receive adequate treatment and that, even, she had to clean her wounds with dirty sheets while they were draining fluid.\n\n“They say everything went according to protocol, but that’s not true. I left the hospital with an infection and a white blood cell count of 23,000. That almost cost me my life,” declared Lisbeth, visibly affected.\n\nThanks to the intervention of the Ombudsman, she was transferred to the Dr. Reynaldo Alm\u00e1nzar Maternity Hospital, where she finally received the medical attention and humane treatment she needed. Since then, she has shown a remarkable improvement.\n\n\n

He had no problem.
