Santo Domingo<\/strong>.\u2013 A court in San Francisco de Macor\u00eds imposed three months of preventive detention<\/strong> on bailiff Antonio Yhosue Morel Artiles (Yoshue el Balb\u00fa)<\/strong>, accused of being linked to the murder of the young Luis Gustavo Grull\u00f3n De Aza (Nini)<\/strong>, which occurred in front of the Palace of Justice of that city last August.<\/p>\n\n\nThe measure was dictated by the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of Duarte<\/strong>, which also declared the case complex<\/strong>, considering the seriousness of the events and the number of those involved. Judge Josefina Noem\u00ed D\u00edaz<\/strong> ordered that Morel Artiles serve the measure at the Correction and Rehabilitation Center (CCR) San Felipe<\/strong>, in Puerto Plata.\n\n\n
