“From the Dominican Health Tourism Association (ADTS), we are proud to be part of the articulated effort that has positioned the Dominican Republic as a leader in health tourism in the Caribbean. This achievement is the result of public-private collaboration, driven by quality, innovation, international accreditations, and the development of world-class infrastructure,” stated Dr. Cambiaso.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nFrom her side, Amelia Reyes Mora emphasized the fundamental role of communication in the success of the sector.\n\n\n

“Strategic communication has been a pillar in positioning health tourism locally and internationally. Through a comprehensive, ethical, and specialized strategy, we have consolidated the trust and competitiveness of the sector, projecting the country as a reliable, competitive, and reference destination in health tourism,” Reyes expressed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nDuring the activity, institutions and individuals destacadas in the development of health tourism were recognized. The HOMS Health Wellness Center was awarded for its innovative vision in integrating a medical complex, hotel, and convention center under strict international standards. Likewise, Dr. Henry Gallardo was distinguished for his leadership in the International Hospital Federation and the Santa Fe de Bogot\u00e1 Foundation and its promotion of knowledge transfer and international cooperation in Latin America.\n\n\n
