“The President of the Republic has instructed the Social Plan and the MIVIH to assist the affected families, not only in Gran Santo Domingo, but also in the provinces most impacted by floods and damage to homes. The necessary aid is being provided so that these families can face the emergency,” said the official.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe COE director also assured that the government guarantees food and assistance<\/strong> for all citizens affected by the storm, and highlighted that tomorrow at 9 in the morning the alert levels will be reviewed<\/strong> in Gran Santo Domingo, San Pedro de Macor\u00eds and La Romana, with the aim of returning to normal<\/strong> in these areas.\n\n\n

“In the south and southwest of the country, as the system moves, alerts will be maintained and, if necessary, extended to other provinces.
