The day is part of a series of regional meetings that the institution will hold during the month of November 2025 with the carnival sector of the country.\n\nThe meeting was led by the Minister of Culture, <strong>Roberto \u00c1ngel Salcedo<\/strong>, who was accompanied by the Vice Minister of Cultural Identity and Citizenship, <strong>Pastor de Moya<\/strong>.
