The governing body reported that this preventive action seeks to protect public heritage<\/em><\/p>\n\n\nSanto Domingo.- The General Directorate of Public Procurement (DGCP) announced this Thursday the official suspension of 20 State Supplier Registries (RPE) of legal entities and consortia linked to a supplier structure that allegedly manipulated contracting processes with the State through fraudulent practices.\n\nAccording to resolution no. DGCP44-2025-004600, the company names whose registrations were suspended are: Comerdon, SRL; Inversiones Qtek SRL; Condelca, SRL; Tingley Business, SRL; Mediterr\u00e1neo Investments Group, SRL and Kury Limited<\/strong>.\n\nAlso Importadora Coav, SRL; Empresas Integradas, SAS; Flexiplas, SRL; Inversiones Nogal Verde, SRL; Agro Av\u00edcola Benevento, SRL; Grupo Empresarial Barnichta, SRL; Inversiones Yang, SRL; Topicverse, SRL and Roment, SRL<\/strong>.\n\nSimilarly, the Consortium Integrated Companies & Pretensioned Concrete; Integrated Companies & Constructora Yeara; Integrated Companies & Farmasino; Integrated Companies & Tankasa and the Consortium Integrated Importer (Importadora Coav)<\/strong>.\n\nThe DGCP reported that as investigations continue, it is likely that other natural or legal persons linked to the same process will be added to the list of those disqualified.\n\n\n

You can also read: Purchases cancels 47 supplier registrations due to corruption<\/a><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\nHe explained that this decision arises from the administrative investigation carried out by the General Directorate of Public Contracting and the criminal investigation that is underway by the Public Ministry and the Attorney General’s Office against said companies and consortiums for alleged crimes such as fraud against the State, bribery, collusion, money laundering, document forgery, association of wrongdoers, among other crimes that directly affect public assets and public contracting procedures.\n\nThrough a press release, the DGCP specified that this decision does not constitute a sanction, but a preventive precautionary measure necessary to protect the public interest, competition, and the integrity of the National Public Procurement System (SNCP) while the corresponding criminal investigation is carried out.\n\nThe institution underscored that it constitutes a “serious and imminent risk” to the integrity of the system when there are reasonable indications that one or more companies have engaged in organized collusion and other crimes related to public procurement, as this affects free competition, transparency, the efficient use of public resources, and equality among bidders.\n\n“The mere fact of keeping the investigated companies operational implies a real risk that the alleged infringing bidders may incur in reiteration, obstruction or affectation of the process, a situation that justifies the adoption of the precautionary measure,” highlights the administrative act available on the institutional portal DGCP44-2025-004600","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
