Residents denounced that the work blocks access to the North marginal of Las Am\u00e9ricas and to Fausto Cruz street, limiting the mobility of hundreds of families and affecting transporters, merchants and citizens of the entire north margin.\n\nThe participants reiterated that, as the expansion is being constructed, the vehicular return is eliminated at the point where the work concludes, forcing drivers to travel to La Caleta to be able to return. They warned that this situation represents a risk and a direct detriment to those who depend on rapid access to the municipal hospital and essential commercial establishments.\n\n\n
