Here, teams not only refine their projects, but also discover new ways of collaboration, validate their proposals, and learn how to turn a good idea into a real solution for the country,&#8221; said Peter A. Prazmowski, executive director of the National Competitiveness Council.\n\nThe sessions included practical workshops, technical mentoring sessions, and exchange spaces that allowed participants to share experiences with other finalists from the three strategic axes of the contest: Education, MSMEs, and Agribusiness.\n\nThe Ideas Camp reaffirms the spirit of Republic of Ideas as a citizen movement for innovation, where creativity, talent, and the active participation of citizens are put at the service of the sustainable development of the country.\n\n&#8220;Each step in this process demonstrates that the collective intelligence of Dominicans is the most powerful resource we have to build the future,&#8221; said Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Paliza, Minister of the Presidency.\n\nThe teams are now preparing for the next stage: the National Expo, to be held in February 2026, where they will present their projects to a jury that will select the winning ideas.\n\nMore than a competition, Republic of Ideas continues to consolidate as a space for co-creation and participation, which strengthens trust, innovation and the sense of shared purpose towards the RD 2036 Goal.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo. \u2013 The national contest Rep\u00fablica de Ideas, promoted by the Government of the Dominican Republic as part of the Meta RD 2036 strategy, held the Ideas Camp on November 14 and 15 at the facilities of the Government Office of Information and Communication Technologies (OGTIC) in Santo Domingo.
