\u2022 Progress recorded during 2025 within the framework of institutional strengthening.\n\n\u2022 Achievements of goals and their impact, presented by the Planning and Cabinet team.\n\n\u2022 Purchasing processes and their influence on institutional operability, presented by the Purchasing Department.\n\n\u2022 Presentation of the five most relevant challenges faced in each zone during 2025 and the five solutions implemented to overcome them.\n\n\u2022 Presentation of the main achievements of 2025 and the projected products for 2026 by each area and department of the Head Office.\n\n\u2022 Distribution of goals by coordination for the year 2026.\n\nThe meeting also included a keynote speech on Cybersecurity, given by speaker Ing. Darian Vargas, an expert in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, under the theme “The future that awaits us”.\n\n\n
