Today we are delivering professionals who are ready to strengthen industry, services, technology, health and, especially, the creative economy and Dominican cinema, a sector that is experiencing a period of expansion and requires specialized technical talent,\u201d<\/em> he indicated.\n\nOf this total, 1,321 graduates correspond to the Metropolitan Regional Directorate and 558 to the Eastern Regional Directorate, with a percentage of 64.1% women and 35.9% men, which reflects a wide female participation in the training programs.\n\nIn addition, 218 teachers were trained in the Facilitator of Teaching and Learning Processes Centered on the Participant program.\n\nGraduates enter a labor market that urgently demands qualified technicians in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, health, services, technology, creative industries, and the digital economy.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>194 young people received their technical diplomas after completing training for the film industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>One of the pillars of the economic impact highlighted in this graduation is the delivery of 194 specialized technicians for the film industry, trained through an agreement with the DGCINE and the Ministry of Labor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nThese professionals were trained in habilitation, complementation, and specific training modalities, covering areas ranging from production and technical assistance to logistical and operational aspects of the audiovisual industry.\n\n<strong>Santos Bad\u00eda highlighted that this contribution strengthens a sector in accelerated growth.<\/strong>\n\n<em>\u201cDominican cinema needs technicians; without them there are no shoots, no production, no industry. Today we deliver the human capital that will allow this sector to continue generating jobs, attracting investment and positioning the country as a competitive destination for international productions\u201d.<\/em>\n\n<strong>103 young people on their way to the title of Senior Technician<\/strong>\n\nSantos Bad\u00eda highlighted the importance of inter-institutional agreements that have allowed 63 participants to complete their first year of studies at the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), in careers such as Multiplatform Application Development, Graphic Design, Logistics, Advertising and Digital Media, as well as Networks and Data Communication.\n\nLikewise, 40 participated in programs offered through the Loyola Polytechnic Institute, in areas such as Networks and Computer Security, Industrial Electricity, Food Processing, Mechatronics and Software Development,\n\nThanks to these agreements, graduates will have the opportunity to continue their training in the same institutions until they obtain a Higher Technician title, consolidating their knowledge and expanding their professional opportunities.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Commitment fulfilled: guaranteed training quality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nDuring the event, the general director also highlighted the fulfillment of the commitment made with a group of 90 participants in the Nursing Assistant career, who had been affected by a deception in an unqualified center.\n\nThis group received reinforcement of more than 500 hours, achieving that 100% obtained quality training and successfully achieved their technical title, according to Infotep standards.\n\nThe result was possible thanks to the collaboration between the Iteron System Operating Center (COS) and the Metropolitan Regional Directorate.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proud and grateful participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nJos\u00e9 Urb\u00e1ez Terrero and Celeste Castillo N\u00fa\u00f1ez, graduates of Industrial Garment Manufacturing and Graphic Design respectively, spoke on behalf of their classmates and expressed their pride in obtaining their degrees, and their gratitude to Infotep for being the way to achieve their dreams.\n\n<em>\u201cThank you for betting on human talent, thank you for trusting us with the important task of becoming agents of change for society and a driving force for development for ourselves and our families\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;expressed Castillo.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Training that transforms lives and communities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nSantos Bad\u00eda emphasized that Infotep continues to expand its coverage through 63 own centers, more than 50 mobile workshops and more than 200 Operational Centers of the System, ensuring that training reaches where people live.\n\n<em>\u201cThe qualifications we are awarding today are not an end point; they are the key to new opportunities.
