SANTO DOMINGO.\u2013<\/strong> The manager of the Estrellas Orientales, Fernando Tatis<\/strong>, confirmed that he will manage the Algodoneros de Uni\u00f3n Laguna<\/strong> in the upcoming season of the Mexican Baseball League, marking his first experience as a manager outside the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
