The programming includes a selection of eight short plays, with durations between 15 and 20 minutes, which will be presented exclusively in the spaces of the Centro Cultural Banreservas<\/a>, including its patio and auditorium. The festival will open on Thursday, November 28th at 7:00 p.m. with an opening ceremony that will include an introductory screening and two opening performances.<\/p>\n\nInnovation and Training<\/strong>
Assuming a leading role as host of the festival, the Banreservas Cultural Center is committed to an emerging and agile format that proposes “a lot of theater in a few minutes.” This initiative promotes immediacy, closeness, and direct interaction between artists and the public.\n\n
In addition, the event integrates an important training component. The Banreservas Cultural Center will host a Stage Direction Workshop and a discussion on the creators of short theater, both taught by the actor and playwright Isen Ravelo. These activities are complemented by additional training actions that will take place at the Centro Cultural de Espa\u00f1a, an institution allied to the initiative.\n\n
With this proposal, the Banreservas Cultural Center seeks to energize the circulation of short plays, promote new voices in theater, and establish itself as an engine that expands the cultural offering towards contemporary and experimental formats.<\/p>\n\n\n
