The prosecuting body requested 18 months of preventive imprisonment as a coercive measure and the declaration of the case as complex, citing crimes such as criminal association, bribery, forgery, fraud, and money laundering.\n\nYou can also read:\n\nMagistrate H\u00e9ctor Garc\u00eda, representing the Public Ministry, declared that it is an organized network with internal structures to embezzle state resources, assuring that there is sufficient evidence to support the accusations.
